Hi! I’m Tonya L Woods the founder and CEO of Empowered to Empower (E2E) a non-profit organization formed to help youth and women through leadership, education and community.
- Leadership: Leaders who are empowered can inspire and motivate their teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Education: Empowered individuals can share their knowledge and skills, helping others learn and grow.
- Community: Empowered community members can advocate for positive change and support their neighbors.
We empower people through workshops and activities to give them knowledge about how to start their own business or how to make decisions pertaining their career or furthering their education.
We also empower people by building they’re self esteem through pageantry. I am Miss Tarheel Plus America 2023. Currently I’m a part of Authentique Beauty Brand LLC as the state Director of both North Carolina and Virginia Authentique Beauty.
We recognize the amazing women and organizations that are doing great things in our community with our “Empowered Her” award program that recognizes and highlight phenomenal women leaders in our community that are doing amazing things.
My greatest accomplishment is being the mother of two amazing kids Charles and Jasmine. They make me strive to be a better person. I’m an undergrad of Winston Salem State University with a Management Information System degree. I have an MBA, with a dual major in Marketing/Management and Master of Education in Organizational Leadership.
